Chris is a senior manager with over 25 years in Information Technology, including ten years as a Management Consultant. She is the Director of MYRA's Professional Services, as well as Enterprise Business Support Services. Chris' previous professional focus has been on providing Business Transformation consulting services to her clients across North America, including Service Delivery Management to IT service providers.
Chris has extensive experience as a Project Manager, Human Resources and Payroll Business Analyst, and Instructional Designer and Trainer. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Victoria. Chris is a Business Process Improvement (BPI) specialist, in addition to a long-term Certified Specialist in PeopleSoft HR and Payroll, with many years' experience providing business case analysis for enterprise HR and Payroll solutions, implementing successful web-based performance support systems, and designing end-to-end training curricula.
