For over 30 years, MYRA Systems has provided information technology (IT) solutions and technology infrastructure services focused on support, design, planning and implementation to our customers.

MYRA provides services ranging from project-based technical services to fully-managed infrastructure operations. We implement, manage and operate the technology infrastructure for corporate and business systems in a wide variety of industries.

This Project Manager position is within MYRA’s Business Consulting Line of Business.  Our Business Consulting team focuses on technology-enabled business transition and transformation projects; and as a MYRA team member, willing and capable of leading projects across the organization and for any MYRA client. The ideal candidate will be collaborative in nature and conceptual in their approach. 


Mandatory requirements for this position are:

  • Possess Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Residence

  • Currently residing in Canada

  • Project management experience with 365 implementations

  • > 3 years project management experience in IT environments

  • Experience with project planning: scope definition, resource and task management, status reporting, communications and implementation

  • Experience facilitating multi-disciplinary teams

  • Experience managing customer relationships and acting as liaison with stakeholders

  • Experience managing meetings, preparing meeting minutes and reports

  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies

  • Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written English skills

  • Expertise in using 365

  • Expertise using office productivity tools such as MS Word, Project and Excel


Desirable requirements for this position are:

  • A university degree and/or equivalent education/experience

  • Project Management Professional or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification

  • Agile Project Management experience

  • ITIL framework experience or certification

  • Business Analysis experience

  • Experience with project management risk, budget, issue, and organizational change management

  • Experience writing statements of work and proposals, project charters, and decision-support documentation (such as briefing notes and options analysis)
