Director, Managed Services
Crispin is a seventeen year veteran of MYRA and the IT industry. Born and raised in Victoria, Crispin has been involved in computing since before he entered kindergarten. As Director of Managed Services, Crispin applies his business savvy and technical background (B. Sc Computer Science, University of Victoria, broad range of technical certifications from Unix, to Cisco, to Citrix, and others) to ensure achievement of MYRA’s Managed Services division’s key goals of meeting customer needs, and teams operating at optimal performance.
Crispin offers a vital understanding of the relationship between business needs and IT solutions. He has an outstanding service record in providing service delivery across MYRA.s Managed Services customers, as well as having managed MYRA’s own internal technical environment and hosting services. On the Executive Committee, Crispin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to set technical direction, perform financial forecasting, and help set strategic direction for MYRA.
Crispin loves to assist customers in achieving stable, reliable, robust, manageable, and well-managed IT systems. He’s always looking forward to helping customers take on the latest challenges and opportunities such as virtualization, cloud, SaaS, and Web 2.0.
