Margaret has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology and over 20 years of experience managing delivery of exceptional computer infrastructure support. She has a B.Sc in Mathematics from the University of Victoria, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is ITIL Foundation certified.

Her focus as Director of Managed Services is on customer satisfaction and service excellence. She works with her staff and customers to develop strong technical teams, streamlined processes and open communication.

Her professional expertise is in leading complex technical projects. In the past 10 years, she has led teams that performed multi-vendor infrastructure implementations, migrations and consolidations as well as technology architecture planning, capacity planning and transfers of computer technical operational services between vendors.
