Microsoft Lync (formerly Office Communicator) is the future of communications. Lync is a single platform that provides instant messaging, video call, video conferencing, phone calls and live shared workspaces.

It connects into Exchange for availability and emails, and with SharePoint for content. Additionally, your customers can participate through Microsoft Messenger. It can replace your PBX entirely, and allow all of your employees to communicate solely through their laptop. And best of all, the interface is familiar to anyone who has ever used a messaging client.

Office 365

Office 365 is Microsoft’s productivity cloud platform, and is an effective tool that includes Exchange, SharePoint, Lync, ForeFront, and online and offline licenses for Office.
