We are building our hard-working team and require a Windows Technical Analyst in our Victoria office.

Mandatory qualifications for Windows Technical Analysts include:

  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills to provide verbal and written technical guidance/support to clients

  • Experience supporting Windows™ servers in mid-sized to enterprise level environments or a college / university relevant designation

  • An individual who is highly motivated to learn new technologies and deliver excellence in customer service

  • Experience with concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, Active Directory, backup software, packet switching, systems security, monitoring and management tools, firewalls, and scripting languages

  • A team player with an enthusiastic approach to challenges and new experiences who is able to work effectively with project managers and technicians, and be self-directed


Preference will be given to candidates with:

  • Experience with IT Systems such as storage, networks, desktops, security, or servers

  • Post Secondary degree and/or certifications

  • Pre-sales experience

  • An individual who has proven experience and ownership in the customer service role including incident monitoring and tracking, performance analysis, reporting, escalation and incident resolution
