As a Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager with 2+ years’ experience, you know what elevates you above others. To demonstrate your serious interest in building your operational management career with MYRA, articulate your knowledge, skills, capabilities, and qualities within your cover letter accompanied by your resume.

A successful MYRA SDM will possess:

  • Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written English skills

  • Minimum 2 years of team lead or service management experience in IT environments

  • Experience leading IT operations projects in any of Team Lead, Project Lead or Project Manager role

  • Experience managing customer relationships and acting as liaison between MYRA and our customers

  • Experience leading and facilitating multi-disciplinary teams

  • Experience managing meetings, preparing meeting minutes and reports

  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies

  • Experience with project planning: scope definition, resource and task management, status reporting, budget management, communications and implementation

  • Expertise using office productivity tools, such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and Microsoft Collaboration Tools.


A successful MYRA SDM will:

  • Create the environment for the customer and MYRA team to succeed

  • Lead, support, defend, and enable teams to achieve success

  • Ensure accountability while maintaining focus on achieving excellence

  • Demonstrate a high level of accountability within MYRA and our customers
