IT Service Delivery Manager

As a Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager with 2+ years’ experience, you know what elevates you above others. A successful MYRA SDM will possess:

  • Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written English skills

  • Minimum 2 years of team lead or service management experience in IT environments

  • Experience leading IT operations projects in any of Team Lead, Project Lead or Project Manager role

  • Experience managing customer relationships and acting as liaison between MYRA and our customers

  • Experience leading and facilitating multi-disciplinary teams

  • Experience managing meetings, preparing meeting minutes and reports

  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies

  • Experience with project planning: scope definition, resource and task management, status reporting, budget management, communications and implementation

  • Expertise using office productivity tools, such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and Microsoft Collaboration Tools.
