  • 3 to 5 years of demonstrated and referenceable practical experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions using Azure and/or AWS services.

  • Proficiency in cloud architecture, including infrastructure as code, networking, security, and storage.

  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with cloud-native services and serverless technologies.

  • Certification in relevant areas such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect is preferred.

  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) is advantageous.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude towards learning new technologies and processes.

Nice to Have:

  • Multi-Cloud Experience: Experience working with multiple cloud platforms (besides Azure and AWS), such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and understanding of hybrid or multi-cloud architectures.

  • Advanced Certifications: Candidates with additional advanced certifications beyond the basic architect certifications, like specialty certifications in security, networking, or databases within Azure or AWS.

  • Enterprise-level Experience: Previous experience working on large-scale enterprise-level projects, handling complex architectures, and managing mission-critical applications in Azure/AWS.

  • Compliance and Governance: Understanding of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) and experience implementing governance frameworks for managing resources, access control, and compliance in the cloud environment.
