This position is a hybrid work role, based in Victoria B.C.

MYRA Service Delivery Managers (SDM/PM) have access to regular internal continuing education seminars recognized as Professional Development Units (PDU) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as well as external education opportunities.

As a Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager with 5+ years’ experience, you know what elevates you above others. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-sized clients, understanding their business objectives and IT needs. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

  • Service Delivery Oversight: Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT services, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and customer expectations are exceeded.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Technical Expertise: Stay current with industry trends and technology advancements to provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients.

  • Service Improvement: Identify opportunities for service improvement and work collaboratively with the technical team to implement enhancements and optimizations.

  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of service delivery, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure the reliability and security of IT services.


A successful MYRA SDM will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in IT service delivery management, preferably in a Managed IT Services environment.

  • Strong technical background with knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud technologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.

  • ITIL or other relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

  • Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written English skills


A successful MYRA SDM will:

  • Create the environment for the customer and MYRA team to succeed

  • Lead, support, defend, and enable teams to achieve success

  • Ensure accountability while maintaining focus on achieving excellence

  • Demonstrate a high level of accountability within MYRA and our customers

  • Support and enable MYRA to win new business through customer relationships and, working with the team, writing SOWs and proposals
